These terms apply to the use of CurioVault Publisher, the in-house tool that generates, manages and publishes the short videos of the CurioVault YouTube channel. Its official website is https://curiovault.online. By authorizing or using the tool you agree to them.

The tool

CurioVault Publisher produces short vertical videos and publishes them to the YouTube channel that has been authorized through Google OAuth, and reads the statistics of those videos. It is operated by the owner of the CurioVault channel for that channel and is not offered to the public.

Authorized use of YouTube API Services

CurioVault Publisher uses YouTube API Services only with the authorization granted on Google's consent screen and only for the purposes described here and in the Privacy Policy. By using the tool you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the tool's use of the API is subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

Responsibility for published content

The user who authorizes a channel is responsible for the content published to it through the tool: for holding the rights to that content, for its accuracy, and for its compliance with applicable law and with YouTube's policies, including the Community Guidelines and the rules on disclosing altered or synthetic content.

Revoking access

You may stop using the tool and revoke its access at any time from your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Once access is revoked the tool can no longer publish to the channel or read its data. Videos already published stay on the channel until their owner removes them in YouTube.

Not an official YouTube or Google product

CurioVault Publisher is an independent tool. It is not an official YouTube or Google product and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube and Google are trademarks of Google LLC.

No warranty

The tool is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It may be changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time. To the extent permitted by law, its operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version.
